Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of related experience, preferably in financial services or credit unions.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and schedules to meet time and budget expectations.
• Develop test scripts and testing procedures as needed.
• Maintain high levels of client service and respond to requests promptly.
• Document work and log project activities for tracking and reporting.
• Communicate status, risks, and deadlines clearly to clients and team.
• Coordinate with staff, management, and third parties as required.
