Responsibilities

As a Civil Site/Water/Wastewater Project Manager, you will lead team members across practice areas on various projects, including civil site, land development, and water/wastewater. You will manage project budgets and interface with clients to ensure high satisfaction. Projects include:

  • Water/wastewater: treatment facility planning and design, raw water intakes, water distribution, booster pump stations, regional water planning, water system mapping, management plans, lift stations, sanitary sewer planning, asset management, and permitting.
  • Civil projects: site planning and design, grading, erosion control, utilities, stormwater management, sidewalks, and streetscapes for commercial, residential, and manufacturing clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in civil site, land development, water, or wastewater engineering projects.
  • Virginia PE licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Virginia experience required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
