Bohler is seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead land development projects from concept to completion. You will balance design quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance while guiding internal teams and maintaining Bohler’s standards.

You will oversee complex projects, mentor junior staff, and serve as the primary client contact, driving collaboration with leadership on business development and account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience in land development.
• Proven success in managing project delivery and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and staff development.
• PE license preferred.

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including design, permitting, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Serve as the primary client contact and ensure expectations are met through clear communication and proactive leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers and technical staff.

Bohler’s office in Atlanta, GA, is looking for a Project Manager who excels in collaboration, accountability, and achieving high standards of excellence. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex land development projects throughout Metro Atlanta, guiding them from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include balancing design quality, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead internal teams, and ensure that the success of each project aligns with Bohler's standards.
