Bohler’s Atlanta, GA office is seeking a Project Engineer who will lead site design efforts across commercial, residential, and industrial projects in Metro Atlanta. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and advance your technical and professional growth through mentorship and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years of civil/site design and permitting experience.
• PE license preferred; EIT required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate site layouts, grading, drainage, and utilities for complex projects.
• Analyze zoning regulations, site conditions, and environmental constraints.
• Perform stormwater management and hydrology calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver cohesive design packages.
• Review technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in technical training and quality review.
• Support client communication, permitting efforts, and coordination with review agencies.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of local zoning, site development processes, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• PE license preferred; EIT required or in progress.
