Bohler's Atlanta office seeks a Design Engineer to grow within a collaborative team shaping Greater Atlanta land development projects. You will support site design from concept to completion, working with engineers, PMs, and clients to deliver practical, buildable solutions.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree and 2+ years of site design experience; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of site design experience across residential/commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic engineering design principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater plans.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members on design packages.
• Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies.

About the Role

Bohler's Atlanta, GA, office is seeking a Design Engineer who's ready to grow, take on new challenges, and be part of a collaborative team shaping the future of land development projects across Greater Atlanta. In this role, you'll support site design projects from concept to completion, working closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to create practical, buildable, and creative solutions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation of site layout, grading, utility, and stormwater management plans
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and support due diligence investigations
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to deliver coordinated design packages.
• Perform design calculations and drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Support permitting efforts with local and state agencies
• Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help solve engineering challenges
