Role Overview

We are recruiting for a Civil Engineer Project Manager with experience in AutoCAD and strong design skills to create plans and exhibits for residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional site/land development projects. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading a team and managing multiple projects while meeting specific deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Site layout and design.
• Utility design, including storm drain, water, and sewer; knowledge of conduit and dry utility systems.
• Site grading to include ADA compliance.
• Stormwater Management and Erosion and Sediment Control.
• Manage projects and team members within the department.
• Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications.
• Execute projects based on outlined criteria.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 10 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
• MD Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of accepted industry software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills.
