Job summary

KCW Engineering Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Civil Designer with AutoCAD experience to create plans and exhibits for residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional site/land development projects in the Baltimore area.

You will handle site layout, utility design, grading with ADA compliance, and develop diagrams and design specifications. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• 1–3 years civil engineering experience in site design/land development.
• Experience with AutoCAD; knowledge of MicroStation/Civil 3D a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site layout and design for various development projects.
• Utility design including storm drain, water and sewer.
• Site grading to include ADA compliance.
• Develop diagrams and design specifications; execute projects per criteria.
