Job summary

The W22 is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to oversee civil and site development projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field operations, and client relationships to ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence. Responsibilities include coordinating earthwork, utilities, stormwater, paving and site concrete; reviewing plans; maintaining production schedules with field leadership; tracking costs and changes;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil/site development projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Oversee earthwork, grading, excavation, utilities, stormwater, paving, and site concrete.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field crews, engineers, owners, and general contractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, and project requirements.
• Track project costs, quantities, productivity, and profitability.
• Maintain production schedules with Superintendents and field leadership.
• Identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

• Strong understanding of earthwork, underground utilities, grading, stormwater, paving, and sitework
• Ability to read civil drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
