Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 6+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience with municipal or public infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proven project management and client relationship experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

• Lead municipal infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
• Manage projects involving water, wastewater, roads, drainage, parks, and public works.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term client relationships.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, contracts, and SOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and subconsultants.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

This position offers the opportunity to lead complex municipal and public infrastructure projects across Texas while building client relationships, mentoring engineers, and taking on a visible leadership role within the office.

Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Potential

$140,000–$170,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential
