A well-established, 100% employee-owned Texas civil engineering firm is seeking a licensed Senior Civil Project Manager to join its Richardson office. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex municipal and public infrastructure projects across Texas while building client relationships, mentoring engineers, and taking on a visible leadership role within the office.
Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Potential
$140,000–$170,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential
Responsibilities
- Lead municipal infrastructure projects from concept through completion.
- Manage projects involving water, wastewater, roads, drainage, parks, and public works.
- Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term client relationships.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, contracts, and SOQs.
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and subconsultants.
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Oversee quality control, regulatory compliance, and project delivery.
- Support business development and contribute to the growth of the Richardson office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 6+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Experience with municipal or public infrastructure projects preferred.
- Proven project management and client relationship experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
