Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Energy

Structure Resources is seeking a Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing, 100% employee-owned heavy civil contractor. This company delivers infrastructure projects across the energy market and is known for its commitment to safety, quality, and developing its people.

We’re looking for a Project Manager with heavy civil construction experience to lead projects from estimating and bidding through execution and closeout. Experience with access roads for transmission lines and civil packages for substations is preferred.

This is an opportunity to work closely with field teams, manage projects from start to finish, and share in the company’s success through employee ownership.

What They’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of project management experience in heavy civil construction preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000-$130,000 base salary
• $850 monthly vehicle allowance and fuel card
