KLA Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager for heavy civil construction in the Nashville area. You will oversee civil projects from concept through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and safety compliance.
The role emphasizes coordination with clients, subs, and internal teams to navigate underground utilities and complex site challenges. Responsibilities include leading field crews, securing permits, developing schedules, inspecting drawings, and maintaining
Competenze
- 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
- Ability to read grading and utility plans, specs, and geotech data.
- Knowledge of earthwork equipment and site utilities.
- Strong safety culture with OSHA awareness.
- Mathematical problem-solving and crew leadership abilities.

- Attend client and sub meetings to capture project requirements.
- Compare budgets with bid documents for alignment.
- Develop site-specific project plans and schedules.
- Inspect shop drawings and installations for conformance.
- Lead subcontractors and site supervision teams.
