Formación

• 3–5 years PM experience in heavy civil construction
• Experience with estimates, submitting bids, and managing project execution
• Experience with energy projects including access roads for transmission lines and substation civil packages preferred
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Travel up to 50% to support projects and field teams

Responsabilidades

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from estimating and bidding through project closeout
• Prepare accurate estimates and submit bids on schedule
• Plan and coordinate project activities with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to support successful execution
• Review plans and communicate project requirements to field teams
• Ensure teams have the information and resources needed to complete work safely and correctly
• Monitor project progress, address issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Support quality execution, strong client relationships, and repeat business
