Healthcare Project Manager - Cerner Revenue Cycle

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing projects involving Cerner Revenue Cycle
• Strong understanding of Cerner Revenue Cycle front-end and/or back-end processes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Need to be PMP Certified

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT.
• Hands-on experience with Cerner Revenue Cycle solutions, such as Cerner Hospital based or Physician billing, HIM, Cadence, and/or MyChart
• Strong understanding of project tracking and escalation processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow (preferred).
• PMI or PMP certification (strongly preferred).
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues.
• Forecast and track project financials.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal departments, and service partners.
