Job summary

OCMI, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Project Manager to lead a long-term capital improvement program, managing renovations, infrastructure, and facility upgrades from concept through completion.

You will coordinate diverse project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality, with strong reporting and cost-control discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management in capital improvement, renovation, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in projects through planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Experience with higher education, public-sector, or institutional projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and manage stakeholders, including facility staff, project coordinators, contractors, design professionals, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and present project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other project documentation related to project status, risks, schedule, and budget.
• Manage projects throughout planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.
• Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay applications, and other project documentation.
