Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive schedule management experience.
• 5-7 years of industrial project experience.
• Proficient in integrated schedules across complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project and portfolio schedules.
• Work closely with project managers on schedule alignment.
• Build and maintain schedule reporting templates.
• Prepare schedules using various scheduling platforms.
• Identify schedule risks and assist in mitigation planning.
• Support schedule compliance for contractual requirements.
• Track equipment installation and commissioning progress.
• Participate in project closeout reviews.
• Assist in creating portfolio-level dashboards.
