NC State University seeks a Lead Project Manager to steer complex DELTA initiatives across technology, instructional development, media production, marketing, and governance. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage resources, and advise colleagues to advance organizational excellence.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and project leadership across a university setting, with a focus on delivering high-impact outcomes for the Provost's Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, psychology, education, organizational science, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in project management, including managing time and documenting priorities, milestones and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with design, technical staff, coworkers, and internal/external clients and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prioritization, definition, coordination, and management of complex DELTA projects involving multiple teams and timelines.
• Partner with development teams, faculty, clients, vendors, and colleagues to define scope, goals, deliverables, and resources.
• Develop schedules, timelines, reports, and workflows to promote visibility and accountability.
• Facilitate feasibility discussions and negotiate deadlines to address challenges and resource constraints.
• Mentor part-time staff and provide guidance on project and change management.
