Job summary

Elon University in Charlotte, NC seeks a Project Manager, Integration to support the Office of the President and CIO in coordinating integration initiatives across Elon Charlotte and Queens campuses.

You will track timelines, deliverables, and budgets, coordinate meetings, and assist with enrollment-related projects while collaborating with campus partners to enhance student success and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years in higher education administration, project management, admissions, alumni relations, or community engagement.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and projects with accuracy and follow-through.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building community relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the CIO and Deputy CIO on assigned projects and integration team priorities, tracking action items and deadlines.
• Assist with event planning, stakeholder outreach, and campus engagement across Elon and Queens.
• Manage calendaring, meetings, travel arrangements, and budget processes as needed.
• Conduct research and provide analytical summaries for leadership on integration topics.
• Support Admissions and enrollment-related projects for Elon Charlotte and Queens campuses.
