Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of verifiable project management experience leading software deployments.
• Knowledge of project management principles and successful IT implementations in complex organizations.
• Strong written and oral communication across diverse audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, collaboration, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with sound prioritization.
• Experience with packaged software implementations, including testing and end-user training.
• Ability to read and interpret databases, flowcharts, specifications and technical data.
• Good knowledge of production IT infrastructure components.

Responsibilities

• Lead project goals with sponsors and prioritize delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships for timely quality deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate organizational risks associated with change.
• Resolve project issues efficiently and promptly.
• Produce PM deliverables per Princeton Project Management Methodology (PPMM).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and prioritize requirements.
• Identify and refine processes for system integration with other departments.
• Document requirements and maintain an approved repository.
• Develop implementation schedule, spending plan, and business case for funding.
• Ensure test scripts are created and tests verify system functionality.
• Lead the design of post go-live support structures.
