Job Title: Project Manager, Business Analyst

Employment Status: Full time salaried exempt

Salary: $80,000 to 85,000 DOE

Salary is adjusted for local market rates

Position Summary

As a Project Manager/Business Analyst, your role would be responsible for overseeing and manage all aspects of assigned MOTB technology projects to ensure projects are successfully completed and meet organizational requirements. You will manage a project’s scope, budget and schedule. You will engage stakeholders to define organizational problems and opportunities for improvement, determine organizational needs and identify solutions that provide desired organizational outcomes to support the strategy, mission and vision of MOTB. The candidate should have working knowledge of data analysis, data visualizations, process flows, requirements documentation, business process analysis, workflows and system requirements for the purpose of automating processing or improving existing systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and vendors to ensure processes align with organizational needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with visualization tools like Power BI. Analyzes and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of MOTB data systems.
• Aptitude for learning new software systems and support the continuous improvement of a CRM system and the ongoing customization requests
• Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.
• Tracks and fully documents business processes.
• Assist in managing Business Systems projects, including schedules, budgets, and communication with consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and meeting minutes
• Preferred MS Visio skills. Strong MS Project skills.
• Salesforce Experience helpful, but not necessary:
• Triaging inbound customer support requests and resolving Salesforce related requests or moving to the Salesforce Administrator for resolution.
• Contribute to the development of Salesforce Admin policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining and improving CRM data hygiene (Salesforce, NetSuite, CounterPoint).
• As needed, inclusion in official or incidental photographs and videos for MOTB and/or guests
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated understanding of project management principles, processes, and techniques.
• Must be able to work at and operate a computer terminal for 8 or more hours per day along with the ability to lift 25 pounds. PMP Certification required.
