Role Overview

As a BA & PM, you’ll take an active role in shaping product strategy, managing communication with external vendors, and supporting execution across multiple initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, flexible environment and enjoys taking ownership of diverse tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a versatile project manager, handling tasks across product development, communication, and coordination.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy.
  • Define and improve product mechanics and user engagement strategies.
  • Manage communication and requirements with a UK-based vendor.
  • Translate business goals into clear documentation and workflows.
  • Track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Support continuous process improvements within the product and operations team.

Requirements
