E-Commerce Business Analyst (Assistant Manager) (Korean-Speaking) - 2 years Contract

Position Summary

Samsung Singapore's E-Commerce team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background E-Commerce sale , Projects and Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize Sales improvement, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve e-commerce fulfillment strategies to enhance speed, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction .
  • Lead e-commerce projects (translating Korean-English), including platform integrations, automation initiatives, and process enhancements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Extract insight from reports, generate commentaries and create PowerPoint Presentations (Korean-English)
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders include Management, headquarters and local business units, to align on Overall online strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for e-commerce, ensuring efficient inventory management, demand planning, and logistics coordination.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to prepare and present management reports with actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) to communicate with global and regional teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in preparing detailed management reports and business presentations for senior leadership.
  • Experience in working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Knowledge of digital supply chain technologies and automation tools.
