Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from contract award through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, GC's, and internal teams.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure scope alignment.
• Oversee procurement, fabrication timelines, and installation sequencing.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and maintain profitability goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project challenges.

• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Support estimating and preconstruction teams during handoff.

This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of glazing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously, from contract award through completion
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure project alignment and scope accuracy
• Oversee procurement, fabrication timelines, and installation sequencing
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and maintain profitability goals
• Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project challenges proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders
• Support estimating and preconstruction teams during project handoff

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role within a commercial glazing contractor (required)
• Strong understanding of curtain wall, storefront, and glazing systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
