Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is seeking a Project Manager for Building Envelope Projects to lead flagship commercial façade work from Charlotte, North Carolina, with nationwide opportunities as the portfolio grows.

You will oversee curtain wall and sheet metal installations, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and drive projects to safely meet deadlines and budgets, with relocation support, a monthly per diem, and a path to senior leadership.

Qualifications

2-5 years' experience as a Project Manager in building envelope, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or sheet metal.
Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial building envelope projects from pre-construction through completion.
Oversee sheet metal and glass curtain wall installation on major commercial projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project schedules.
Report to two Project Executives; ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Initially based in Charlotte, NC before relocation to projects nationwide.
