Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 7 years of related experience in project management.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to interact with diverse design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Active participant in an employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multi-discipline teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Maintain client relations and participate in meetings across marketing, contractual, design and production.
• Lead work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Oversee staffing and workload to meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Track project financials and manage invoices and contracts.
• Collaborate on project risk mitigation and QA/QC procedures.
• Travel locally 50% with potential regional or international travel.
