Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full lifecycle of large, complex projects in Healthcare, Civic, Sports, Transportation, Aerospace, and Commercial Real Estate. The role emphasizes client development, delivery, and expanding HDR’s global client base.

Ideal candidates have a PE license, PMP certification, a relevant engineering degree, and at least seven years of project management experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
7 years related experience.
Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board.
MS Office and MS Project experience is required.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage budgets, schedules and client relations across projects.
Track financials and ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule.
Forecasting, invoicing and contract management.
Create vital proposal content including scope, schedule and budget.
Travel to project sites (10-20%), including potential international locations.
