HDR is seeking a Project Manager specialized in client development and delivery of large, complex healthcare, civic, sports, Transportation, aerospace, and real estate projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary design teams from conception through commissioning, with travel to client sites and HDR offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer license required (PE) for location.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects.
• Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through the project life cycle; ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Track financial aspects and ensure work stays within budget and schedule.
• Forecasting, invoicing and contract management.
