Project Manager (Building Engineering Services) Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage all aspects of small‑to‑medium building engineering design projects (Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, Infrastructure). The role will also directly support the Senior Project Management team on large‑scale projects.
  • Actively participate in project pursuits and develop project scope.
  • Independently coordinate the work of professional staff of Architects and/or Engineers.
  • Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
  • Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
  • Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff.
  • Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule.
  • Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with the team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of the agreed‑to schedule.
  • Facilitate/participate in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering or Architecture degree.
  • Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect.
  • PMP certification.
  • Familiarity with earned‑value management.
Required Qualifications
  • ​Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 7 years related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
  • Ability to interact with various design teams and excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
