In the role of Project Manager (Building Engineering Services), you'll be responsible for:
  • Planning and managing all aspects of building engineering design projects, including Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, Infrastructure. Supporting Senior Project Management on large-scale projects.
  • Participating in project pursuits and developing project scope.
  • Coordinating the work of professional staff of Architects and Engineers.
  • Establishing client relations and participating in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Reviewing compliance with various governing agencies.
  • Conducting work sessions for design development and contract documents with multidisciplinary staff.
  • Coordinating workload throughout project development and ensuring timely completion of documents.
  • Tracking financial aspects of projects and adjusting work efforts to stay within schedule.
  • Participating in project reviews with accounting and technical management.
  • Performing other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect certification.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
  • Strong ability to interact with design teams, with excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
