NOVO Construction, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a Project Manager to lead fast-paced, high-end commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will own scheduling, cost control, and communication across clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Ideal candidates demonstrate hands-on project management for commercial GC projects, strong on-site leadership, proficiency with reading drawings, and experience using Plangrid and related field tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager or Project Engineer for a commercial general contractor.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Proficient in reading drawings and managing documents (RFI, Submittal, Change Orders).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication with clients and team.

Responsabilités

• Take part in Business Development (meals, entertainment, events, leisure, trips).
• Actively participate in preconstruction.
• Take full ownership of the construction process.
• Take full ownership of cost control.
• Manage all communication between client, design team and subcontractors.
• Work with your team to manage all documents (RFI, Submittal, Change Orders).
