Job summary

Ilocatum seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of complex construction projects. The role requires coordinating teams, managing safety programs, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with client satisfaction.

You will direct field teams, manage subcontractors, and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders while maintaining QA/QC standards and project schedules. Strong leadership and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years construction management experience.
• Experience managing trades valued at $50MM.
• PMP certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading in administering the safety program for the project.
• Ensuring superintendents have the necessary trades, materials, and equipment.
• Overseeing subcontractors, vendors, suppliers to support schedule and scope.
• Performing QA/QC practices to ensure project meets specs and quality.
• Communicating daily progress reports to stakeholders.
• Site walk-throughs to maintain safety and standards.
• Identifying and resolving field and design issues.
• Leading meetings to coordinate work and manage labor.
• Representing the site team in owners’ meetings.
• Developing site logistics plan with the General Superintendent.
• Developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.
• Performing constructability reviews.
• Arranging preconstruction meetings with subcontractors.
• Tracking field progress and recovery plans.
• Ensuring quality control per QA program.
• Scheduling and leading project close-out.
• Coordinating punch lists and permit process.
• Participating in strategic plans including VDC.
• Demonstrating Core Values and safety expectations.
