Responsibilities

• Equip the team with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to excel, offering hands-on support throughout each project.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project progress, timelines, and any important updates.
• Stay up to date on our products and services to provide expert advice to both the team and customers.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure every installation meets our rigorous quality standards.
• Lead pre- and post-installation meetings to review project execution, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate to ensure timely and seamless project delivery.
• Review completed job files for accuracy and completeness after each project.
• Plan and coordinate remodeling projects and service calls to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting, and maintain accurate project records in our CRM system.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Warehouse, deliveries, and inventory stocking. Field measurements and light service.
