Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support installation team with training and feedback.
• Provide hands-on installation support and resources.
• Be main client contact for project progress and updates.
• Stay up to date on products and services to advise team.
• Conduct regular quality inspections against standards.
• Lead pre- and post-install meetings to review work.
• Coordinate scheduling of remodeling projects and service calls.
• Audit completed job files for accuracy.
• Maintain project records in the CRM and documentation.
• Assist with warehouse, deliveries, inventory stocking, field measurements.
