Job summary

Renken Remodeling is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead installation projects from concept to completion. You will drive team performance, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects meet high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in residential construction, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects, handle field measurements, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or remodeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the installation team to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide hands-on training and field support throughout projects.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, updating on progress.
• Stay up to date on products and services to advise team and customers.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Lead pre- and post-installation meetings to review execution.
• Coordinate scheduling and project delivery across teams.
• Review completed files for accuracy and documentation.
• Keep project records in the CRM and document reporting.
• Handle warehouse, deliveries, and field measurements as needed.
