STV Project Manager - Aviation (Structures)

STV is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Aviation (Structures) to join our national aviation team. The position involves assisting aviation clients across the country with various projects. Candidates should be within a reasonable commute to major airline hubs such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
2. Manage and direct proposal development, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout, overseeing budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing.
3. Participate in or lead project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations.
4. Plan project execution and develop comprehensive project manuals.
5. Schedule and monitor manpower requirements against budgets, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, resources, procurement, and risk.
6. Establish a contractor-client liaison network to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
7. Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, updating manpower plans as needed.
8. Form and lead project teams, coordinating responsibilities and tasks.
9. Submit documentation for code compliance and permits to relevant authorities.
10. Hold regular project progress meetings to ensure contract terms and specifications are met.
11. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and company policies, addressing manpower, equipment, materials, and quality issues promptly.
12. May supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure operational efficiency.

Compensation Range: $112,253.66 - $149,671.54
