Responsibilities include planning resources, developing schedules, managing scope, maintaining customer relationships, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically requires 3+ years' experience as a project manager within the high-tech service industry or related field.
• Ability to be on-call and respond to customer emergencies; travel 20–50% as needed.
• Certifications related to Project Management are preferred (PMP, CSCP, etc.).
• English language proficiency as a minimum for the role.

Responsibilities

• Actively plan, organize, and align internal and external resources to win and execute against the project schedule.
• Maintain and develop effective relationships with customers pre- and post-sale.
• Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage scope changes to ensure project completion and customer acceptance.
• Manage all project documentation and project-finance related details throughout the lifecycle.
