  • Mentor others in project management basics and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of operational excellence and leading project teams.

  • Proactive problem‑solving skills and adaptability in fast‑paced, dynamic settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships across the organization.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit to work both tactically and strategically with a high sense of urgency.
  • Experience with a variety of project management methods and tools, including waterfall and agile methods like Scrum and Kan Ban to support efficient project delivery.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Arlington, VA.
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to the organization’s vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding the culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
Preferred Qualifications
