Job summary

MILLER Brothers, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own budgets, contracts, and project documentation from day one. You will run meetings with subcontractors, manage change orders, and coordinate with senior PMs and leadership on active commercial projects.

The role demands 2–5 years in commercial construction, a growth mindset, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial construction experience, ideally with a general contractor.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent field experience will be considered.
• Must be able to own outcomes, take action, and mentor others as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own project documentation, contracts, and closeout; manage the process end-to-end.
• Assist in building and managing project budgets; review and code invoices; negotiate change orders.
• Run RFIs and submittals; maintain accurate as-builts with Superintendent and project documents.
• Lead subcontractor and project meetings; scale responsibilities as the project grows.
• Contribute to scheduling, logistics, and quality control; speak up when something's off.
