Job description

Our Team

As part of our Vista Real Estate team, you will be responsible for managing key manufacturing development and real estate initiatives. You will collaborate with departments such as Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to prioritize, scope, and refine projects supporting Vista's global growth. Leading cross-functional teams from conceptualization through implementation, you will handle business analysis, requirements definition, and technical design. Your projects will include launching new production plants worldwide, supporting facility expansions, implementing project management tools, and standardizing processes across our global operations.

What You Will Do

  • Lead skilled, cross-functional teams across multiple international projects.
  • Support planning, scoping, and executing facilities-related projects on schedule, within specifications and budget.
  • Manage project requirements, priorities, and deadlines for new and existing facilities.
  • Align project creation with company growth and requirements.
  • Provide expertise in design and execution areas such as cost estimation, civil, mechanical engineering, and architecture.
  • Lead tendering processes, including contractual frameworks for AEC services and contractors.
  • Control project costs and investments, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions.
  • Monitor project progress through regular reporting and interact with decision-makers.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or MSc in Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with at least 10 years' experience in project/construction management.
  • Background in construction management, with a successful track record in large facilities and real estate investments (over $30 million), especially industrial projects.
  • Experience in facilities design and execution across areas like architecture, electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptable to a high-energy, international culture.
  • Strong time management and project management abilities.
  • Experience working autonomously in fast-paced, global environments; willingness to travel up to 40% for onsite support.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, or related fields.
  • Proven project management experience and international team collaboration skills.
  • PMP certification.
