All Access Staging & Productions, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to support lead project managers, fabrication staff, and sales teams.
The role focuses on keeping projects on schedule, coordinating between departments, and ensuring quality through assembly, testing, and packaging of Versa gear. The position is non-exempt, hourly, with eligibility for PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan after probation.

About the Organization Since 1991 All Access Staging has been an international leader of quality set construction and staging design. We work in the fast-paced world of live entertainment for television, film, festivals, conventions, tours, and installation markets throughout the globe. All Access Versa Stage has innovative staging products designed and manufactured at our headquarters in Los Angeles with locations in New Jersey, and London areas, but can travel the world with our product to take any event to the next level!
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Type: Hourly / bi-weekly
Pay Range: $20 - $24 Per hour
This is an in-person role based at our Torrance, CA warehouse, with opportunities to work onsite at project locations. When not assigned to an onsite project, employees are expected to report to the Torrance warehouse. Remote work is not available.
The Project Manager Assistant is responsible for working closely with Lead Project Managers, Technical Design personnel, Fabrication Shop staff, Sales associates, and Rental Leads to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner while remaining within budget. Project Manager Assistants are also key members of the Fabrication team and responsible for final assembly, testing, and packaging of all projects assigned to them. An understanding of fabrication techniques and hand tools is a must. This role can potentially include onsite time with clients and artists, leading crew and delivering projects.
This is a non-exempt hourly position that includes eligibility for PTO, health insurance, and participation in the 401(k) program following the applicable probationary period.
