Job summary

GMA Architects, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking an Architectural Project Manager or Architect to join our construction team in-office. You will advance designs into construction documents, coordinate with engineers, and ensure code compliance while supporting client meetings and space planning.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years on industrial or commercial projects, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a degree in Architecture. Recent work samples are required for consideration.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience on light industrial and/or commercial projects.
  • Revit and AutoCAD required; 3D rendering experience preferred.
  • Licensure a plus, but not required. GMA supports the pursuit of licensure.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Please include recent work samples in your application.
  • This is an in-office position.

  • Develop preliminary designs into construction documents.

Job description

We're adding an Architectural Project Manager or Architect to our construction team in Cincinnati. GMA partners with a top ENR design-build firm to provide services including creative design, project management, ADA/code compliance, building assessment and reuse, additions and renovations, historic preservation, master planning, interior design, space planning, structural analysis and design, and construction administration.

A Day in the Life:
  • Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
  • Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
