Key responsibilities include:

• Producing architectural documents for permits and construction
• Developing preliminary designs into construction documents
• Reviewing and coordinating construction documents with project managers and consultants
• Providing site and space planning support
• Ensuring compliance with building codes and local regulations
• Preparing presentation drawings
• Participating in client meetings and coordinating with engineers and project teams

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of architectural project management experience, adaptable based on relevant project experience
• Experience with manufacturing, data centers, industrial facilities, clean rooms/lab spaces, warehouses, or commercial projects is highly preferred
• Design/build experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Revit
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
