We're adding an Architectural Project Manager or Architect to our team in office at our Downers Grove office. A DAY IN THE LIFE

1. Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
2. Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
3. Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
4. Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
5. Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
6. Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
7. Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
8. Review project scope with construction project managers

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

1. 5-7 years of architectural project management experience; open to varying experience levels depending on relevant project experience
2. Experience with manufacturing, data centers, industrial facilities, clean rooms/lab spaces, warehouse or commercial projects are highly preferred
3. Design/build experience is a plus
4. Strong proficiency in Revit
5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
