Job summary

GTN Solutions GmbH seeks a seasoned program manager to lead organization-wide AI education, adoption, and transformation initiatives. You will drive practical programs that help employees understand AI capabilities and apply them to business challenges.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, deliver learning resources, and report progress to executives, ensuring responsible AI practices and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, enterprise transformation, learning, or change initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and productivity tools.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, reporting metrics, and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with Power BI and enterprise change management is an advantage.
