Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and project management of custom, detail‑intensive luxury residential projects from concept through installation
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the design and construction process
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach
  • Oversee and guide internal project teams, providing mentorship and technical leadership
  • Coordinate closely with consultants, fabricators, contractors, and vendors to ensure cohesive execution and design integrity
  • Produce and review detailed construction drawings, custom millwork, and interior architectural details
  • Direct the development of architectural schedules, finish and materials specifications, and FF&E documentation
  • Ensure all project documentation and communication is thorough, organized, and aligned with firm standards
  • Review and provide feedback on junior team members’ design and technical work
  • Contribute to creative problem‑solving and design development across all phases of the project lifecycle
Key Skills / Requirements
  • 6–10 years of professional experience in architecture or interior architecture with a focus on luxury residential projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, custom projects simultaneously from design through construction
  • Expertise in high‑end materiality, millwork detailing, and interior architectural systems
  • Comfortable leading both internal teams and external consultant/vendor coordination
  • Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in AutoCAD, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp required
  • Experience with Revit, Rhino, and rendering tools is a plus
  • Strong technical and organizational capabilities; meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, design‑focused studio environment
