Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. seeks an exceptional team member to service our existing business, maintain relationships with customers, and develop new opportunities where possible. The role focuses on operational and financial performance, contract compliance, and safe, quality janitorial service delivery.

The position supports coordination of cleaning projects, monitors quality, and ensures schedules and payroll are managed efficiently according to company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years managing janitorial operation.
• Flexibility with hours and schedule.
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects.
• Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met.
• Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance.
• Review employee performance.
• Ability to execute constructive discipline process.
• Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines.
• Report payroll.
• Maintain all compliance and safety regulations.
• Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders.
