Job summary

Award Staffing is seeking a Project Manager for the location in Cokato, MN. This direct hire role offers a 1st shift, Monday–Friday 7PM–3:30PM, with a salary range of $65,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, ensure scope accuracy, and maintain clear customer communication throughout production. Responsibilities include reviewing sold projects, maintaining records, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review each sold project and confirm scope, use case, dimensions, materials, finishes, labor, and customer expectations.
• Enter accurate project information and keep records current.
• Identify missing or conflicting details before production issues arise.
• Confirm required files, approvals and down payment are received before work begins.
• Provide Production Director with information to build production schedule.
• Introduce yourself to the customer, confirm details and timeline.
• Send approval drawings and follow up until approvals are received.
• Notify Production Director of schedule-impacting changes.
• Communicate revised timelines, change orders and expectations to the customer.
• Confirm final payment before shipment or release.
• Walk the production floor to verify progress and remove roadblocks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Confirm final payment before the completed project is shipped or released.
• Walk the production floor when needed to verify details, understand progress, and help remove project roadblocks.
