Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc seeks a project-focused consultant with minimum 4 years of experience to oversee small-scale projects, coordinate a staff of up to 10, and act as the main liaison for the Issuing Entity on status, reporting, and scope changes. The role also involves contributing to the design of 3-tiered applications and handling issues raised by consultants or the client.

Experience with Child Support Systems and Welfare Management System is preferred.

Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

• Overseeing small scaled, non-complex projects, comprised of a small number of deliverables and/or a small number of phases
• Typically coordinates and delegates the assignments for the consultant project staff numbering up to 10
• Focal point of contact for Issuing Entity regarding project status, meetings, reporting requirements, scope changes, and issues and concerns raised by consultant staff or Issuing Entity, Experience with Child Support Systems and Welfare Management System
• Designing 3 tiered applications
