Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, design, development, QA and deployment. You will drive project plans, milestones, and governance while coordinating across software engineers, cloud architects, and external vendors.

The role requires deep experience with PMP methodologies, Agile transformations, budgeting and procurement tracking, and exceptional communication skills to lead cross-functional teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT project management and program delivery experience.
• Proficiency in PMP methodologies and PMI frameworks.
• Experience across cloud, infrastructure, software, and networking systems.
• Experience leading organizational Agile transformations and Scrum ceremonies.
• Full-lifecycle delivery experience from discovery to deployment.
• Financial governance experience including budgeting, SOWs, and procurement tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end IT project delivery across all lifecycle phases.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Facilitate kickoff alignments and establish RACI for stakeholders.
• Track financial allocations, vendor contracts, SOWs, and procurement orders.
• Monitor performance metrics, remove blockers, and report to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with engineers, cloud architects, and vendors.
• Mentor engineering teams on Agile delivery and process improvement.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in enterprise IT project management and program delivery.
• Proficiency in Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies and standard PMI frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems spanning cloud computing, infrastructure, software, and networking.
• Experience in leading organizational Agile transformations, sprint planning, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with full-lifecycle delivery across discovery, design, development, QA, and deployment phases.
• Experience in financial governance including project budgeting, SOW creation, and procurement tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, critical path schedules, and milestone dependencies.
• Facilitate project kickoff alignments and build RACI frameworks to establish clear stakeholder ownership.
• Track project financial allocations, vendor contracts, statement of work commitments, and procurement orders.
• Monitor project performance metrics, eliminate technical blockers, and deliver status reports to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts across software engineers, cloud architects, and external vendors.
• Mentor internal engineering teams on Agile delivery practices and continuous process improvement standards.
