Job summary

• 5+ years in enterprise business analysis, QA and UAT roles.
• Proficient in designing/deploying automated testing with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or Power Automate.
• Experience managing test lifecycles, releases and defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet.
• Experience performing data quality validations with Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience validating modern architectures including .NET backends, Angular front-ends and relational DBs.
• Experience applying Agile/Scrum, JAR/JAD elicitation, and validating integrated eligibility systems.
• Excellent communication bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute manual and automated testing strategies for high-priority features and integrations.
• Collaborate in JAD/JAR workshops to translate business requirements into testable scenarios.
• Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle: log, prioritize and validate fixes in tracking systems.
• Refine and improve existing automated regression suites for efficiency and data validation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and SI teams to minimize duplicate testing and align UAT.
• Track quality metrics, testing progression, and release risks for leadership.
• Support post-implementation readiness and continuous process improvements.

• Proficiency in designing and deploying automated testing suites utilizing platforms like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Power Automate.

• Experience in performing data quality validations, data reconciliation, and testing leveraging Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.

• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, system owners, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track and communicate critical quality metrics, testing progression rates, and potential release risks to program leadership.
