Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks a skilled technical business analyst to author user stories and map requirements for complex legacy systems. You will leverage AI-assisted tooling to draft requirements and analyze code structures, while building thorough test suites for functionality, security, and accessibility.

You will maintain traceability, validate findings, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant data flows and processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis and functional requirements engineering.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for work item tracking, user story mapping, and test case management.
• Experience with AI-assisted productivity tools for automated requirements drafting and code analysis.
• Experience in reverse-engineering legacy applications to construct comprehensive process and data flows.
• Experience with WCAG 2.2 digital accessibility guidelines and compliance gap validation.
• Experience in Microsoft Visio for data flow modeling and SharePoint for artifact management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reverse-engineer legacy system functionality to author detailed user stories, workflows, and edge-case scenarios.
• Utilize AI-accelerated tooling to analyze codebase structures and generate rapid requirement drafts.
• Develop comprehensive functional, regression, security, and accessibility test suites.
• Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability matrices connecting security findings directly to business processes.
• Execute test cases, validate remediation results, and track defect resolutions within Azure DevOps.
• Generate technical process flows, system architecture diagrams, and data flow models using Microsoft Visio.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with technical developers and business stakeholders to validate requirements.
